I am currently only shipping within the UK.

 

Orders over £70:

FREE standard delivery

£4.50 express delivery

 

Orders under £70:

£4.50 standard delivery

£9.50 express delivery

 

You should receive your item 2-3 days after you place your order with express delivery, or 5-7 days after you place your order with standard delivery.

 

You will be sent a tracking number when I have dispatched your pieces, so you know exactly when to expect them!

RETURNS

We hope you love your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, in line with UK consumer law.

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

• All original packaging and tags must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and custom reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

 

• Earrings (unless faulty)

• Personalised or custom-made pieces

• Sale items (unless faulty)

 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

 

 

Exchanges

 

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If the item you want is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

• Your order number

• Reason for return

 

We will provide return instructions.

 

 

Return Shipping

 

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

 

 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved:

 

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear
